Abstract

This article aims to determine whether tthe support, participation and commitment of top management; change management; and user satisfaction influence the success in information communication technology system via enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation in Indonesian-based metal-work industries. This work also determined the factors that commonly influence the success and failure of ERP implementation. The results revealed that user satisfaction, change management and top management commitment significantly influence the success of ERP implementation.
