Abstract

The article is devoted to environmentally responsible public procurement, which is considered as a transition tool to a green economy. The environmental criteria while implementing green public procurement are described. Challenges in implementation of environmental responsible approach to public procurement in Russia are identified and recommendations for their solution are proposed.
