Abstract

The article describes the process of forming a balanced interaction between the social, market-oriented, innovative, industrial and rehabilitative environment when direct, inverse, cyclic types of links between these environments define the processes of governance and regulation of socio-economic and rehabilitation systems. The authors implemented a systematic approach to the interaction between innovation, socio-economic, and rehabilitation processes.
