Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the integrated methodological approach of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the framework of modernization and technological development of the Russian economy. Attraction of investments is one of the general ways of development of the economy as a whole, one of the main items that should be on the agenda of the Russian economy. Investments and innovations are necessary conditions for ensuring a balanced development of a socially oriented economy for a long-term perspective. The aim of the research is to evaluate and study the problems in the development, formation and management of investment and innovation activities of Vnesheconombank as a state corporation, which acquires increased relevance. The essential element in the management of modern companies is the understanding of the general laws and laws of this activity.
