Abstract

This paper firstly describes a whole research framework when constructing a knowledge base for K12 education. Then the paper demonstrate thedesign of knowledge base application system for educational resource library, and analyze the how to complete the interoperability between different levels. Finally, it provides the general knowledge description model for the application system.
