Abstract

Tree obstacles are trees that may affect the safety and stability of power transmission lines. The paper introduces that the high-voltage transmission line is an important part of the power grid. In the construction and operation of the transmission line in China, it is often challenged by environmental factors, weather conditions, man-made damage and other reasons. This paper discusses the problem of tree obstacle and its harm to electric power, and puts forward the solution of tree obstacle accident such as power transmission line tripping.
