Abstract

In this paper, a questionnaire survey is used to objectively investigate and analyze the employment intent of Kunming College students. The purpose is to understand whether our school’s students have changed their job selection ideas, employment situation cognition, and psychology under the current employment situation. Through research and analysis, relevant conclusions are drawn, which aim to provide relevant employment guidance to college students in local ordinary undergraduate colleges in Yunnan.
