Abstract

The goal of talent training is the degree of success of graduates, so that we should listen to the feedback and social feelings of graduates, and attach importance to the satisfaction of graduates with talent training. Through random sampling survey, this paper makes a feedback survey on talent training for undergraduate graduates majoring in road and bridge engineering in H College, and makes a deep analysis from three aspects: graduates’ basic situation, career development and professional construction feedback. The overall degree of success is high, and some suggestions on courses, teachers and teaching materials for talent training are put forward.
