- Abstract
In the paper the author puts forward the thinking of teaching design and teaching design scheme of the electronic technology foundation based on “OBE”. In the scheme, the author has completed the construction of the teaching system, analyzed the relationship between the teaching platform and the target point, and realized the teaching design of the whole course around the target point of this course.
