The 2nd International Conference on Management, Economy and Law (ICMEL 2021) was held on September 15-16, 2021 in Moscow, Russia. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the conference was held online.The aim of ICMEL 2021 is to provide a common platform for scholars and students with different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss research, developments and innovations in the fields of Economics, Management, Law and other projects of social sciences.
