- Abstract
In order to clarify the pathway for the formation of the professional identity of secondary school physics teachers, a model of factors influencing the professional identity of secondary school physics teachers based on social identity theory and social network theory was constructed by selecting the sense of professional mission, work-family gain, psychological capital, occupational stress and other demographic variables and using them to design a questionnaire. The data obtained were pre-processed and imported into fsqca 3.0 for qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets, and the results showed that there were five paths of formation for the professional identity of secondary school physics teachers, and their overall consistency was good.
