Abstract

This paper makes a thorough study and comparison of the characteristics of the Ro-Ro passenger ship and the related safety evaluation methods. In the analysis of the safety factors of the passenger rolling ship, the relevant elements of the rolling ship accident are determined by carrying on the real ship investigation, the expert investigation and the related literature analysis, and the safety evaluation index system of the passenger Ro-Ro passenger ship is constructed. The weight of Ro-Ro passenger ship safety evaluation index is obtained by AHP.
