Abstract

The location selection of the dispatch and control center of South-to-North Water Diversion Project is one of the fundamental aspects of the construction. However, the discussions are not enough. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the influence factors, assessment indicators based on factor classified and rating method were established, using qualitative and quantitative evaluation to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the result. The example of Nanjing dispatch and control center of the project’s East-Route obtained an optimized area, lay the foundation of maximizing the operation and management period’s benefit, from the perspective of theory and practice
