We welcome all respected presenters to the 3rd International Conference on Learning Innovation and Quality Education (ICLIQE 2019) in Surakarta, Indonesia. A major goal and feature of it is to bring academic scientists, education researchers, teachers, students together to exchange and share their experiences and research results about most aspects of science and social research, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
