Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior among employees working at the Hospital in Cirebon, West Java with organizational commitment as a mediator variable. Job satisfaction is one of the things that can improve the behavior of OCB employees in hospitals and become an important role in the success of an organization. In addition, the existence of organizational commitment is expected to reduce turnover intentions. This study involved employees who worked at the Hospital in Cirebon, West Java, as many as 134 respondents. The data analysis method uses PROCESS mediation analysis models 4 version 3.4 for SPSS. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment variable is not proven to provide a mediator effect on job satisfaction and OCB Based on the results of the study, the hypothesis in this study was accepted.
