- Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between occupational stress and job performance using self-administered questionnaires gathered from employees at a private investment bank in Peninsular Malaysia. The outcomes of Smart PLS path model analysis confirms that occupational stress (physiological stress and psychological stress) does act as an important antecedent of job performance in the organizational sample. In addition, this study provides discussion, implications and conclusion.
