Abstract

The Ministry of Education of China planning to authenticate ten thousand national excellent web-based courses and ten thousand provincial excellent web-based courses in the end of 2020, the plan named “Double Million Plan”. Through the implementation of the plan is order to realize the construction of top quality course and promoting the development and effective utilization of high quality course resources. In view of the current situation of the construction and planning of high quality course resources in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, this paper makes in depth analysis of the problems existing in the construction of the sharing mechanism of high quality course resources and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
