Abstract

In recent years, falls of the elderly are common, people's demand for health is becoming more and more obvious. Shuttlecock Circumferential Kick, a traditional national sport, is becoming more and more popular in the market. It has become the background of this study to explore the mechanism of Shuttlecock Circumferential Kick on the physical balance of the elderly. Through interviews and documentation, it is believed that: 1. Shuttlecock Circumference Kick, a traditional national sport with a long history, is widely welcomed and actively participated by people from all walks of life because of its delicate, simple and difficult movements. 2. Applying the traditional Chinese medicine health-preserving Yin-Yang balance concept and modern medicine balance index, the dynamic balance and static balance of shuttlecock movement are evaluated, which have positive and special effects.
