Abstract
Convenience store mode has maintained a steadily growing trend since it was introduced into China. With the development of China's society and economy, more and more traditional large-scale retail businesses begin to set foot in convenience store industry under the impact of e-commerce. Nowadays, convenience store industry should conform to the trend of the times, combine with Internet Commerce, create a more perfect business model, and produce a new community retail mode suitable for Chinese society.
