Abstract

In the present era, Internet is a big hit. Against the background of "Internet plus" and "Popular entrepreneurship and innovation", many entrepreneurs embarked on a new career of "sharing model". Bike-sharing, a typical case of this new trend which has penetrated every aspect of the society, is a double-aged sword. On the one hand, by solving the long-standing problem of "last one kilometer" in the urban traffic, it makes our life more convenient. On the other hand, it breeds many problems like random parking, malicious damage and private use. Therefore, it requires a joint action of the government, the enterprises and the whole society to guarantee a long and healthy life of the "bike-sharing model".
