Abstract

Based on the requirements of "thick foundation, wide caliber, strong ability, and high quality" put forward by the Ministry of Education, through the construction of civil engineering majors in Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, the improvement of the undergraduate talents training program for civil engineering majors was discussed in this paper. It summarizes the present situation of personnel training system, the goal, significances and reform measures of outstanding engineers in civil engineering.
