Abstract

Labor education is an important way of comprehensive education in the new era. It is also an inevitable choice for college students to enrich their own quality and for their self-improvement. Carrying out labor education helps college students to practice socialist core values in the new era, improve the quality of their college life and cultivate the ability of innovation and creation. This paper clarifies the concept and connotation of labor education, sorts out its significance and existence form, and proves with specific cases that labor education plays an important role in shaping college students in the new era and improving their quality and ability comprehensively.
