- Abstract
The scholarship of teaching in universities are rooted in the teaching practice. As an academic form for studying the professional development of college teachers, it has gradually become the unique and new research dimension. The scholarship of teaching emphasizes not only on "teaching" but also on the comprehensive development of "scientific research" and "teaching" of college teachers. For college teachers who are the main subjects of teaching, their academic ability is often reflected in academic research and teaching. Two aspects of development are reflect. The purpose of this paper is to discuss some basic issues such as the basic connotation and construction necessity of college scholarship of teaching, and strives to sum up effective strategies to improve the academic ability of college teachers, and to create a good teaching environment by integrating the academic level of teachers' teaching, thus promoting students' Good development.
