Abstract

Objective: This paper discusses the standardization of aircraft maintenance personnel training in the modern apprenticeship mode in China. Method: Analysis of aircraft maintenance talents training in modern apprenticeship system, including the preparation stage, the implementation stage inside school, the implementation stage outside school and the final examination stage. The results were analyzed by interviews and questionnaires. Conclusion: Aircraft maintenance personnel trained in the modern apprenticeship mode are better at standardizing overall requirements, abiding by rules, standard maintenance, work efficiency and safe operation. However, there are many practical problems, which need to be solved by enacting relevant laws.
