Abstract

Patent operation in colleges and universities is of great significance to the improvement of China's scientific and technological level and economic development. Based on the coupling degree model, the "211" universities in China are taken as an example to study the overall patent operation of universities and different patent operation modes. The results show that the patent operation of Chinese universities is developing in a non-coordinated stage. The operation effect of cooperative application mode remains unchanged, but its influence on the operation is weak. The operation effect of the patent transfer mode is better and its influence on the operation is strengther. The operating effect of the patent licensing mode is poor, and its overall influence on the operation is weak. Put forward the suggestion to the university patent operation.
