Abstract

Nowadays, the development of the Internet has provided a new, more convenient and free platform for people to express their opinions on the internet. This makes people pay more attention to Internet Expression Right and the broader scope of Internet Expression Right.The first part of this article is about the basic issues of Internet Expression Right, including the definition and characteristics of Internet Expression Right, the status quo and problems of network expression;The second part deals with the boundary of network expression, mainly discussing the limitation of freedom of internet expression and conflicts with other rights;The third part introduces the protection norms of network expression in our country, including the theoretical basis of the legal protection of Internet Expression Right, the protection of the right of expression in our country and the suggestion of perfecting the legal regulation of Internet Expression Right.
