Abstract

The advent of the digital intelligence era has significantly increased the ability and scope of individual citizens and social organizations to access information, and lowered the threshold of access to various types of information, while the use of new technologies is profoundly changing the way social resources are allocated and the operation mode of social organizations, reshaping the "state-society" relationship and the State power operation system. To cope with the challenges of the new technological revolution in the intelligent society to public administration practice, it is urgent to start from the public administrators themselves, to repair and restore the rational standard with the "quality of digital intelligence", so as to cope with the impact of the new technological revolution on the order and rational chaos brought by the intelligent society.
