- Abstract
Workplace ostracism as a negative behavior in the workplace, it will do harm to the physical and mental health of employees, and then affect their work behaviors and the sustainable development of the organization. So, in this paper, the workplace ostracism of related literatures at home and abroad were summarized, the concept of workplace ostracism, measurement, antecedent and outcome variables are summarized and organized, and the research direction of future workplace ostracism is predicted.
