- Abstract
The policy of grassland grazing ban and animal husbandry ecological supplementation since 2011 has achieved the dual goals of reducing livestock income and grassland ecological protection. Through the on-the-spot investigation, the adverse effects of the grassland ecological supplement in Qinghai Province on the newly added population in the pastoral area were found and analyzed. It is proposed that the grassland ecological supplement policy should comprehensively consider the grassland area, grassland ecological protection and family population structure, give new social security with no grassland pastoral population, and realize the policy goal of protecting grassland ecological environment through grassland ecological supplement.
