Abstract

Grain security is always related to the development of national economy, social stability and national independent global major strategic issues. This paper mainly study in Henan province of Henan province grain safety and agricultural structure adjustment problems, through the stable grain safety and agricultural structure adjustment problems in Henan province, Puts forward the stable grain safety and agricultural structure adjustment policy methods and measures for the realization of the ZhongYuan economic zone development strategy has the important practical significance.
