Abstract
Schools as educational institutions carry out learning services and educational processes. Common schools have several class facilities in order to support learning activities. The teaching and learning activities will run effectively and efficiently if the class management in its implementation can establish a good working relationship between one class and another. Classroom management will develop if the teacher uses the potential in the classroom effectively and efficiently. This activity can be interpreted as the teacher’s ability to utilize the potential that exists in the classroom. Utilization of class potential can be in the form of teachers providing opportunities for students to carry out directed and creative activities so that the potential in the class can develop properly.
