Abstract

The paper aims at the research of management model and operational mechanism of public stadiums and gymnasiums in Shanghai city. Through the methods of literature study, questionnaires, conversation investigation and so on, based on international standard project management theory and model, the paper analyze its operating and management status and put forward some suggestions. As a result, we can create new management model for public stadiums and gymnasiums, which can contribute to the development of sport industry in China.
