Abstract
The teachers’ quality determines the effect of education and teaching and influences students' development. The quality of English teachers at middle schools may have a direct impact on that of the English learners. This paper gives four dimensions of quality structure of middle school English teachers and then points out the methods to enhance the quality of middle school English teachers to provide some advice to related researchers.
