Abstract

With the proposed "China Dream" concept, it is the education of college students career planning system put forward new requirements. Universities Colleges from the increased importance of career planning, the establishment of a professional career planning organizational structure, strengthening the faculty of career planning, career planning education to improve aspects of the full and diversity and other aspects, so that "China Dream under "practice build better career planning education system. This paper will "China Dream" elaborate practice, and the importance of analysis of the current problems of College Students Career Planning education system, study ways to strengthen the career planning education system, hoping to help the development of higher education.
