- Abstract
In the context of the increasingly popular environmental protection concept, this article focuses on the representative green practice case of Luckin Coffee using PLA (polylactic acid) straws, aiming to deeply analyze the internal mechanism of its impact on consumer loyalty. By constructing an innovative “dual cycle driving mechanism” analysis framework, the study found that Luckin Coffee has built a virtuous economic cycle system at the internal operational level through precise cost optimization and efficient integration of the supply chain; In the external market environment, by cleverly leveraging policy support and the continuous improvement of consumer environmental awareness, a sustainable ecological cycle has been successfully established. The synergistic effect between these two cycles significantly enhances consumer loyalty to the brand. This article not only enriches the research results related to green practices and consumer loyalty in theory, but also provides valuable practical guidance and strategic references for the green transformation of the catering industry and other industries.
