- Abstract
The paper considers knowledge as one of the most important and explored concepts in the history of philosophy, and in particular the logic, epistemology and methodology of science. The proposed paper focuses on new approaches to the analysis of knowledge and knowledge-transfer processes, which, in the author's opinion, can be accepted as a new modern paradigm for the analysis of these concepts. At the heart of this paradigm lie three fundamental ideas—the interpretation of knowledge as a fractal; representation of knowledge as a non-scale network; and analysis of knowledge as a non-equilibrium dynamic system.
