- Abstract
This paper utilises translation creativity as its research object. In order to examine the organic coherence between content and forms of literary translated work, it analyses the creativity qualities in Chinese-English translations of four genres, including fiction, prose, poetry and script, based on methods of empirical analysis and descriptive analysis. The conclusion is that, in order to turn literary translation into translational literature, translators should fully utilise their creativity in strengthening the literary quality of the translated work based on the right transfer of original content, form and effect.
