Abstract

When accident or maintenance occurs in water distribution network, how to improve the service level of the user is the problem that urban water supply enterprises need to solve. This paper presents a optimization model based on DMA partitions for attempting to use the sensitivity method to find the pipelines which have greater impact on the partial pressure. Through the valves on the pipelines in water distribution network boundaries are regulated, the partial node pressure can be adjusted to adapt to the service requirements. An example of application shows that this method can basically realize the pressure regulation of the local water distribution network, to increase the service pressure of the water distribution network in the accident or maintenance.
