Abstract

In order to improve the quality of personnel training, it is necessary to reform the teaching mode. Taking e-commerce as an example, this paper uses qualitative research method and empirical research method to construct the "R&O-CPIO 3+1" personnel training mode, and designs the operation mechanism and implementation scheme, which has achieved great results in practice and is feasible.
