Abstract
This paper takes the teachers of 8 kindergartens in Shenyang as the survey object, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics through questionnaires and interviews, and proposes corresponding solutions to the existing problems, that is, teachers should improve their professional ethics, kindergarten managers should improve their professional ethics, kindergartens should strengthen the construction of teachers' professional ethics, improve the teacher's professional ethics training system, and provide a theoretical reference for kindergarten teachers' professional ethics construction.
