Abstract

Titanates have great attention mainly due to its versatile properties that make their various applications in science and technology such as in electronic transducers, thin film capacitors, computer memory cells, etc. The thermal study of ferroelectric titanates RTiO3 (R = Pb, La, Ba) have been investigated for the first time using extended rigid ion model (ERIM) developed by the author.
