Abstract

This paper introduces application of all-fiber optical current transformer to 10kV high voltage electric energy meter, proposes new application of 10kV current sampling by all-fiber optical current transformer, analyzes technical advantages of new 10kV high voltage electric energy meter and makes scheme verification based on tests of new 10kV high voltage electric energy meter.
