- Abstract
In the process of teaching in higher vocational education, there are many factors that can influence students’ learning effect. Through the observation, investigation and interview for several teaching cycles, it is found that in addition to some important subjective factors of teachers and students, lots of objective factors such as the training objectives of professional talents, curriculum setting, campus atmosphere, teaching environment and instructional design should not be ignored either. In particular, the stable and professional teaching site, reasonable instructional design and learning campus culture will have a greater impact on students’ learning effect. In order to cultivate high-quality and high-skilled talents, higher vocational colleges need to mobilize all forces to help teaching within the visible and touchable range of students.
