Proceedings of the 2018 2nd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Automation (ICEEA 2018)
The establishment of 2018 2nd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Automation (ICEEA 2018) should attribute to its brilliance made by the first ICEEA held in Xiamen during December 18-19, 2016. The first ICEEA Proceedings have been indexed in CPCI-S. Since then, ICEEA has gained a good reputation and the influence of its series conferences continued to increase among academic and research fields. With the Advanced Science and Industry Research Center, Hong Kong as the Cosponsor, the two days of ICEEA 2018 is scheduled to be held in Chengdu, China on March 25-26, 2018.
Electrical Engineering is a fast developing research area in the modern scientific technology community, which deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. The primary aims of ICEEA 2018 are: 1) to present the state-of-the-art research on Electrical Engineering and Automation; 2) to provide a forum to disseminate their recent advances and views on future perspectives in the field; 3) to offer new conceptual models for understanding the dynamics that underlie the electrical engineering and automation; 4) to provide a unique event where computer scientists, electrical engineers, physicists, etc., may compare to each other their expertise in an interdisciplinary vision.
Many people have contributed in a variety of ways in the preparation of this conference. At Technical Program Committee I would like to thank Dr. E. Mueller, Chemnitz University of Technology, German and Dr. D. Bellan, Politecnico di Milano, Italy, all of them have brought their professionalism and expertise to guide and shape the conference in its various stages. My special thanks are due to Dr. O.M. Lecian, Comenius University, Slovakia for comments on early drafts, but for her constant support and encouragement.
All the submitted manuscripts will be sent for peer review and the corresponding author will be notified the outcome of the review process. If reviewers recommended for further improvements in the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within seven days on the date of notification. It has been guaranteed that each submission would be reviewed by at least 2~3 experts. Meanwhile, papers will be judged based on their quality through double blind reviewing where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers.
Thanks for the generous supports of all contributors that we have received a great deal of submissions. For the quality control, we have finally accepted 53 papers among 164 submissions. In this book, they are classified in 3 chapters by topic.
