- Abstract
The article deals with the problems of studying the responsibility and externality of the control locus in student’s personality. The problem of personal externality is analyzed in connection with contemporary trends in the development of the Yakut rural family. The authors argue that family factors affecting socialization (in particular, parents’ attitude to children) are important for the externality development. Yakut parental traditional relations and modern tendency in parents’ attitude to children are also considered. The sphere of relationship of people preserving and transferring values of tradition is a basis of survival and development of the nation.
