- Abstract
Online shopping has become one of the main shopping methods for most households and is closely associated with our lives. E-commerce platforms and related industries are growing rapidly and becoming indispensable economic players, creating strong ties with people’s livelihoods, society and the country. In this highly competitive e-commerce market, Jindo, a dark horse, has created a new model that combines social and shopping in a market already monopolised by e-commerce giants such as Taobao, Jingdong and Alibaba. This paper will focus on the analysis of this model and analyse the corresponding corporate culture of Jindo.
