Open education and vocational education boast their own characteristics in terms of education objects, school running and teaching models. And the intersection is the talent training, which boasts complementary advantages in serving the universal lifelong learning and skill society construction and promoting the construction of learning cities. Finally, mutual and coordinated development will be achieved.
