- Abstract
With the continuous reform of education, the Ministry of Education has attached more importance to basic education for infant children. Kindergarten education is the enlightenment education in true sense for learning of infant children. The current teaching work pays more and more attention to all-round development of students' moral, intellectual, physical and artistic development. In kindergarten education, art education is an important part of the entire education curriculum. Learning arts can help cultivating infant children's creativity and unique thinking ability, and can also improve their unique aesthetic ability to certain extent. Art education plays an important role in the development of infant children. It enables infant children to learn some special culture from the perspective of art. Art teaching also has certain boosting effect on improving infant children's cognitive ability. Art knowledge is not only an art discipline but also involves very profound and extensive knowledge, and plays a key guiding role in helping infant children establishing correct concepts of the world, life and value. The improvement of art education quality is inseparable from the guidance of teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the strategy for cultivating art skills of kindergarten teachers. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of art activities in kindergarten, and briefly introduces the important role of children's art education skills in kindergarten art education and concludes how to well cultivate kindergarten teachers' art education skills and improve the teaching quality of kindergarten art education based on this analysis.
