- Abstract
With the rapid development of hotel industry, the industry's requirements for talents have also increased year by year. The cultivation of application-oriented hospitality talents with higher cognitive abilities is a new requirement for the development of talents in hotel development. This study combines Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives classification theory and explores strategies for effectively cultivating students' advanced cognitive skills through case studies. This research has certain reference significance and reference value for the professional teaching reform, bilingual teaching and the cultivation of students' advanced cognitive ability.
