Abstract

The research of language contact is a frontier field in the discipline of sociolinguistics while the Chinese and Russian language contact in border ports is an important topic in this field. Based on "the Belt and Road" strategy, this paper studies the history, characteristics and results of Chinese and Russian language contact in border port cities of Heilongjiang Province. A theoretical preliminary exploration was made on Chinese and Russian language contact.
